I»ve been vegan for three months, dialed my training down to 4 days a week (all upper body power and hypertrophy with some core work here and there), and haven»t been able to do any conditioning… but I»m holding on physically and mentally strong through this injury. My choice to not consume animals was a moral one but I»m happy with the changes I»ve seen in my body since making the switch. I»m also happy that my day no longer revolves around 3 hour training sessions 6-7 days a week. Removing all the training stress has actually IMPROVED my physique but more importantly, my strength hasn»t seem to suffer much. Still flexible dieting and tracking macros, albeit loosely. I like balance. Balance is tight.
